Joining ignite back in 2021 I dabbled with MCX and inferno but knowing my big day was approaching in June 2023 myself and one of the my bridesmaid Emma joined Sean’s personal training groups for a 12 week training plan and what a journey!!
We both had a goal in mind and needed the support to get there. Over the course of 6 months I realised that it wasn’t just about loosing weight and looking good but feeling strong and healthy both mentally and physically. While the 6ams were tough at the start and I swore I was “not a morning person” , I could feel myself naturally waking up earlier ( there a few times I slept out), wanting to use heavier weights and getting more steps in throughout the day.
My attitude changed towards training were before I had a bit of a dread now I was looking forward to our sessions where we laughed, moaned and sometimes annoyed Sean 😉
The small groups were good fun, so supportive were we could talk about all our challenges , what’s working well for us and not so well. We shared our food recipies which helped me with a varied and enjoyable diet. Sean and @chrissy were great to have as trainers to guide us. They were able to correct our form and give us best class advise at any time of the day. On my big day and the honeymoon I felt amazing and I am so happy what myself and Emma achieved. I lost 10 kilos over all, dropped a couple of dress sizes and it was physically and mentally the best I’ve felt!
Now joining the January small group for another goal in mind I’m so excited for what we can achieve this year in 2024! I can’t recommend ignite enough and looking forward to seeing where my results will take me in 2024 ❤🙌🏻… Thanks Ignite “

Here at Ignite Health & Fitness, we make fitness fun. Our state of the art facility offers a host of services and advanced equipment, classes and wellness that cater to every level of physical fitness. From a beginner to athlete, we offer instruction and training by certified professionals that take our members on a step-by-step program that meets their individual goals & satisfaction.
Our Two Floor Fitness Centre is devoted to resistance training, Strength Training and Free weights training.
The ground floor hosts all of our Large Group classes (MCX and Boxing) with all of our cardiovascular machines (rowers, bikes and Ski erg machine) held here.
The First floor holds all our Resistance training machines from Leg Press, Leg Curl, Lat pulldown, Leg Extension, Back extension, Squat racks and over 1500kg in plates a free weights.

How do I join Ignite Health and Fitness?
It’s really simple. First you need to contact us at Sean@ignitefitness.ie to choose the package that is right for you. There are no contracts so you don’t have to flip through lots of pages while standing at the reception desk area (as we don’t have that either)! All you need is some basic personal details like name, address, email & mobile phone number and a Health Screening form.
I am a Beginner, Would I be able for the classes?
Yes…Our MCX classes are Suitable for all Fitness Levels. You would be doing the same exercise as everyone else in the class but initially you would take the first few classes at your own pace.
Is there a Membership?
-We have monthly packages and memberships
-Small Group Training and Personal Training packages
-Yearly memberships( 2 months free when paid in full)
Are there Showers facilities at the gym?
Yes, we have Two showers, one on each floor
Do you have a App?
Yes. To download our App go to the App Store or Google Play Store and download LEGIT FIT. Once downloaded, we will set up on our booking system using your email address.
Can i bring a friend?
Yes, but we need 48 hours notice to reserve your spot on our booking system.
I heard your first fitness class is free?
